MY BEST FRIEND'S WEDDING

I am still processing the joy and happiness of Saturday. Weddings of those you love the most put you on a different frequency of emotion. And when it’s your best friend you really do need the waterproof mascara and your big girl pants.

‘Soul mates’ is thrown around a lot but this couple have been just that from day 1. Overcoming what most could never comprehend. Best friends can’t do life without each other and it’s beyond important that our significant others are up to the job. Spence has been doing this job, in my eyes, very well for a very long time. And on a fair few occasions I’ve taken his side when you’ve been a difficult cow.

You asked me to do a reading that included words ‘peculiar’ and ‘peculiarity’ in front of 108 people. Thanks for that. Did it though.

Chalk and cheese is what we are. You wore trainers under your beautiful dress (albeit sassy and sparkly - I did approve) and I’ll only do it in Jimmy Choo’s.
